Mit moderner Technik, aktualisierten Inhalten und einer zweiten Dauerausstellung startet das Museum in eine neue Phase. Es greift zum einen die wuchtige Architektur des Geb\u00e4udes auf \u2013 sie ist Teil der historischen Bundesfestung Ulm. Zum anderen korrespondiert die schablonenartige und \u201eprovisorische\u201c Anmutung mit Themen wie Auswanderung und Deportation (Transportkisten oder Eisenbahnwaggons) und wirkt gleichzeitig zeitgm\u00e4\u00df. Bereits die Startseite bietet mit Voransichten von Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen sowie Einbeziehung von Social-Media-Inhalten vielf\u00e4ltige Einstiegspunkte in Themen und Angebote des Museums. Gleichzeitig wurde das Men\u00fc auf vier Hauptpunkte reduziert.
